Yes. When a feature does not belong in the theme we write it as a small, documented custom plugin that you own. No licence fees to us, and any future developer can follow it.
Every day. We build most of our own sites on Elementor and handle template changes, header and footer rebuilds, design clean-ups and performance work on existing Elementor sites.
Usually WordPress admin access is enough. For server-level work such as PHP versions, caching or email records we will ask for hosting or DNS access, and we will tell you exactly what we changed.
