Troubleshooting

Quick fixes if it won't connect

Check the server name

It should be mail. followed by your domain, with no "www" or "https" in front.

Use your full email address

Your username is always your whole email address, not just the part before the @.

Turn on sign-in for sending

If you can receive but not send, make sure the outgoing server requires sign-in with the same email and password.
