How much does a new website cost?
A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project.
Every website is unique and requires different components. We design and develop custom websites in WordPress specifically for small, medium and large business.
Most of our sites run in the $2,900 – $5,000 range, but can be more or less depending on needs.
How long does it take to create a website?
The period depends on your requirements including number of pages and revisions. Usually, the design process goes up to 1 weeks then development goes for the next 3 weeks.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Absolutely! We use responsive design for compatibility of all devices.
Do I own my website?
Yes, after building you have 100% ownership rights. You have the liberty to change hosting service and anything on your website because it is yours.
What is eCommerce?
E-commerce involves the ease of shopping online where you select a product form an online shop and pay using credit card/PayPal.

Ecommerce website design is the process of designing and developing a website to sell products online. This would normally involve integrating a shopping cart into your website platform such as WordPress.

Yes. VisualWeb offers hosting for eCommerce website’s which is both reliable and secure.
Our servers are also hosted locally which will mean fast loading time, however it will depend on the size and and amount of products in the website
Can you update my website that is built by someone else?
Yes, we can.
We will need access to your website and/or hosting.
Which Content Management System (CMS) will you use?
We prefer to use WordPress.
How much does an eCommerce website design cost?
eCommerce website’s range heavily depending on what’s involved in the build. This being said, they start from $4,500 ex. GST AUD.
Do I have to be local to work with you?
No, we work with clients all over Australia and we can be contacted by Phone, Skype, Email or in person.

How do I pay?
You are required to pay minimum of 40% deposit then the rest is paid after completion.

Can I host my website with another company if I register domains with you?
Yes. You are free to shift to a different company. We will assist you to transition.

It is necessary to have an SSL certificate?
Browsers are increasingly making SSL certificate a requirement; we recommend you to apply for it irrespective of the size and purpose of your website.

Do I require an ABN for com.au, net.au and .au domains?
In order to register. com.au, net.au, net.au, au domain names you must provide either: an Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN)
