Meet Edwin, founder
Before websites, I spent seven years in air defence with the Royal Netherlands Air Force. It taught me to plan properly, do the job right the first time and never leave anyone hanging. I’ve run VisualWeb the same way.
I built my first website for a client in 2004, back when most small businesses still thought they didn’t need one. In 2014 I set up Visual Development, which is now VisualWeb.
More than two decades and 600+ websites later, the job hasn’t really changed. A good website should bring in work, be easy to update and not cause headaches. Most of our clients come to us after a bad experience: an agency that disappeared, a site nobody could edit or hosting that kept going down. We fix that, then we stick around.
I take the work seriously, not myself. When I’m not building websites, I’m usually out somewhere with my wife and our two dogs, a German Shepherd–Malamute cross and an Alaskan Husky, or at home being supervised by our three cats. I still work on client sites every day and I’m the person you’ll usually speak to when you call.

Meet Angelo, account manager
Angelo has more than 30 years in the IT industry. He started at Telstra in 1994, in the early days of the internet, and spent 16 years there working in the BigPond area and on the IT infrastructure behind it as Australian homes and businesses first came online. He then went on to run his own IT support business, Entire IT Solutions, for 11 years. Along the way he became a director of Visual Domains & Hosting and has worked alongside VisualWeb for the past decade.
That background means Angelo knows Microsoft 365, email, hosting and day-to-day IT support inside out. As Account Manager he’s often your first point of contact, whether you’re after a quote, setting up Microsoft 365, sorting out an email or hosting issue or checking where your job is at. He’s the one who gets IT problems resolved and keeps things moving, and clients find him easy to deal with.
Outside work, Angelo spends his time with friends and family, his three cats and two dogs, and you’ll find him at the footy every weekend.

We’re based in Melbourne’s north, working from our studio in Mernda and from Reservoir. Many of our clients are in Mill Park, Craigieburn, Preston, Coburg, Epping and Bundoora, but we support businesses right across Melbourne and Australia.
