Google Ads that bring in jobs, not just clicks
We build and run Google Ads campaigns for Melbourne trades, clinics and local service businesses. Fixed monthly fee, no lock-in contract, and you keep full ownership of your ad account and its data.
Most small business Google Ads accounts waste a third of their budget
We review a lot of ad accounts before we take them on. The same problems come up nearly every time: campaigns spending on searches that have nothing to do with the business, ads pointing at a home page that never asks for the enquiry, and no conversion tracking, so nobody can say which clicks turned into phone calls.
Because we also build the websites the ads land on, we fix the whole path from search to enquiry, not just the ad. That is the part most agencies can't touch.
What we look for in a free account review
- Search terms you're paying for that will never become a customer
- Whether phone calls and form submissions are being tracked at all
- Ads sending traffic to pages with no clear next step
- Location settings quietly showing your ads outside Melbourne
- Where the budget is going versus where the leads come from
Everything a working campaign needs, nothing you'll never use
Campaign build
Keyword research for your trade and service area, negative keyword lists, ad groups by service, and ad copy written for people ready to book. Built in your own Google Ads account.
Conversion tracking
Phone call tracking, form tracking and Google Analytics 4 events set up properly, so every dollar can be tied back to an enquiry. This is the step most accounts skip.
Landing pages
Where your website lets the campaign down, we build or adjust the landing page as part of the setup. We're a web design agency first, so this isn't an extra.
Weekly optimisation
Bid and budget adjustments, search term reviews, ad testing and pausing what doesn't work. Done by the person who built the campaign, not a rotating account team.
Monthly plain-English report
Spend, cost per lead, calls and enquiries, what changed and what's next. One page. No jargon and no 40-slide deck.
Local Services and Maps
Where they fit, we set up Local Services Ads and connect your Google Business Profile so you show up in the map pack as well as the search results.
Fixed pricing, no percentage of spend
Agencies that charge a percentage of ad spend earn more when you spend more. We charge a flat fee so the only reason to increase your budget is that it's working.

The agency that builds the website should run the ads

Google Ads questions we get asked most
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
For most Melbourne trades and local services, $1,500 to $3,000 a month is enough to get consistent enquiries. Competitive categories like emergency plumbing, legal or cosmetic services cost more per click and need more. We'll give you a realistic figure in the free review rather than a guess.
How quickly will I see leads?
Ads start showing within a day of launch. Expect the first two to four weeks to be a tuning period while we cut wasted spend and learn which searches convert. Most accounts settle into a predictable cost per lead by month two.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. Management is a flat $499 a month regardless of budget, up to about $8,000 a month in spend.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. The setup is a one-off fee and management is month to month with 30 days' notice.
Do I keep the account if I stop?
Yes. We build in your own Google Ads account, so the campaigns, history and data are yours. We simply remove our access.
Can you take over an existing account?
Yes, and that's usually cheaper than starting again because the account history is valuable. The $890 build fee covers a full restructure of an existing account.
Do you do Facebook or Instagram ads too?
We focus on Google Ads because that's where people are actively searching for a trade or service. For businesses that suit social advertising we can point you to a good partner.
What if my website isn't converting?
That's usually the first thing we fix. As a web design agency we can build a dedicated landing page or improve your existing pages, which typically does more for cost per lead than any bidding change.
