What we build
Apps that do a real job for your business
Booking and scheduling apps
Classes, appointments and jobs booked in a couple of taps, with reminders that cut no-shows. Ideal for gyms, studios, clinics and salons.
Membership and loyalty apps
Digital member cards, points, rewards and exclusive offers that bring customers back without paying for another ad.
Online store apps
A shopping app connected to your WooCommerce store, so products, stock and orders stay in one place and you manage everything as you do now.
Staff and field service apps
Job sheets, checklists, photos and sign-offs for your team on site. Replace the paperwork and the group chat with one tidy tool.
Customer portal apps
Give your clients a secure place to see their account, documents, progress or history, and to message you directly.
App prototypes for new ideas
Got a startup idea? A clickable prototype lets you test it with real users or show investors before you commit to a full build.
iPhone and Android
One app, both app stores

App Store and Google Play publishing
We prepare the listings, screenshots and submissions and see them through review.
Push notifications
Reminders, offers and updates that land on the lock screen, not in a spam folder.
Connected to your website
Works with WordPress and WooCommerce, so you are not running two systems.
Secure logins and payments
Customer accounts, card payments and data handled properly from day one.
You own it
The app is published under your own developer accounts, in your business name.

Questions
App development FAQs
How much does an app cost?
A clickable prototype starts from $2,490 + GST, a business app from $14,900 + GST and a custom app from $29,900 + GST. It depends on the number of screens and what the app connects to. Every quote is fixed in writing before any work starts.
Do you build for both iPhone and Android?
Yes. We build your app once and release it for both, so you are not paying for two separate apps. Updates go out to iPhone and Android users at the same time.
How long does it take to build an app?
A prototype takes one to two weeks. Most business apps take eight to 12 weeks from approved design to launch. Apple and Google review every new app before it goes live, which usually adds a few days.
Will you put the app on the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. We prepare the store listings, screenshots and privacy details and handle the submissions. You will need an Apple developer account, which costs $149 a year, and a Google Play developer account, which has a one-off US$25 fee. We help you set both up in your business name.
Can the app connect to my existing website?
Usually, yes. We have built WordPress and WooCommerce sites for over 20 years, so we can connect your app to your products, bookings, members or content and keep everything managed from one place.
Who owns the app?
You do. The app is published under your own developer accounts and your business name. No lock-in contracts.
Do I need an app, or is a website enough?
If customers come back to you regularly, such as to book, reorder, check in or collect rewards, an app can pay for itself. If most people visit once to find your number, a fast website does the job. We will tell you straight which one fits.
Do you look after the app after launch?
If you want us to. Apple and Google release new phone software every year and apps need updating to keep working and stay in the stores. An app care plan from $199 a month covers that, month to month.
