A local clinic website that turns searches into bookings
Mi Therapy Clinic is a myotherapy and remedial massage clinic in South Morang, run by Carlo Di Benedetto. We built a fast, mobile-first WordPress site that explains Carlo’s treatments in plain language, ranks for local searches across the City of Whittlesea and sends new clients straight to online booking.
The challenge
Carlo needed a website that could do the work of a front desk for a sole practitioner. The goals were to:
- Explain myotherapy, remedial massage, dry needling and cupping to people who have never tried them
- Show who Carlo is and why 15+ years of hands-on experience matters
- Rank for local searches in South Morang, Mernda, Mill Park, Whittlesea and surrounding suburbs
- Let clients book online at any hour without a phone call
- Make HICAPS, NDIS and pricing easy to find before someone books
- Give Google Ads a dedicated landing page with conversion tracking
- Keep the whole site simple enough for one person to maintain
Project features
We built a WordPress and Elementor site with one clear path on every page: read about the problem, see the treatment, book. Condition pages cover back and neck pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries and muscle tension, and each links to the treatment that fits. Dedicated suburb pages for Mernda, Mill Park and Whittlesea carry their own copy, photos and section order so none reads as a copy of the home page. Every booking button opens Carlo’s Cliniko diary in a new window, and a callback form with a thank-you page gives people who prefer a phone call a second route.
For paid traffic we built a separate myotherapy landing page with the new-client offer, a callback form and phone-click and booking conversions tracked through Google Tag Manager, so ad spend is measured against real bookings rather than clicks.

Mi Therapy Clinic now has a website that answers the questions a new client asks before they book: what the treatment is, what it costs, whether their health fund covers it and how to get there. Local searchers in the northern suburbs land on pages written for their area, and the Google Ads campaign sends people to a page built to convert. Carlo manages bookings in Cliniko and the site looks after the rest.

Mi Therapy Clinic is a private myotherapy and remedial massage clinic at South Morang, in Melbourne’s north. Carlo Di Benedetto trained in traditional Chinese medicine and remedial massage in Toronto, ran his own clinic there for over a decade and later qualified as a myotherapist. He treats back, neck and shoulder pain, sports injuries and long-term muscle tension, offers home visits across the surrounding suburbs and is a registered NDIS provider with on-the-spot HICAPS claiming.
