A hypnotherapy website that books chats and sells packages
Finesse Wellness Hypnosis is a hypnotherapy practice in Caroline Springs, in Melbourne’s west, run by Wonie. We built a calm, mobile-first site that explains each therapy in plain terms, offers a free discovery chat as the first step and lets clients buy a session package online, in full or in two instalments.
The challenge
A new practice needed a website that could win trust and take payment from day one. The goals were to:
- Explain hypnotherapy, regression hypnosis, Time Line Therapy and pendulum work without jargon
- Make a free discovery chat the obvious first step for nervous first-timers
- Sell Ruby, Gold and Diamond session packages online with GST-inclusive pricing
- Offer a pay-in-two option without a separate booking system
- Answer common questions around the clock
- Rank for hypnotherapy searches in Caroline Springs and western Melbourne first, then Melbourne-wide
- Measure leads and purchases from a Google Ads campaign
Project features
The site runs on WordPress and Elementor with WooCommerce handling the store. A Packages page lists the three tiers with Ruby first, and each has two buttons, pay in full or pay in two instalments, that go straight to a Stripe checkout. Packages are digital products with shipping switched off, and the store pages drop the sidebar and enquiry form in favour of a clean rounded content panel so the shop feels part of the site rather than bolted on.
A Free Discovery Chat page with its own form and thank-you page is the landing page for Google Ads, with lead and purchase conversions tracked through the site’s Google tags and GA4 and Search Console set up for the domain. An Elfsight AI chatbot trained on the site’s own content answers questions after hours, and Rank Math Pro carries the on-page SEO with local terms for Caroline Springs and the western suburbs leading. A printed flyer links to the Packages page by QR code.
