What happens after you submit
We usually reply the same business day. If you’ve chosen a domain, we check it’s available and register it in your name. You own it, not us. If you already have a domain, we’ll send simple instructions for pointing it to your new hosting, or handle the transfer for you.
Hosting is set up on our Australian servers within one business day, with SSL, daily backups and email ready to go. If you have an existing website, we migrate it across at no extra charge and test it before switching the domain over, so there’s no downtime. You’ll then get your login details and a short guide to managing email and your account.
